From the first step in the process Alexandra came to the property fully prepared with pricing, remodel information and detailed specifics on digital marketing and strategies. I interviewed 3 realtors and she was the only one who provided me with detailed comps and detailed pricing for remodeling. She even drove me around the neighborhood to see other houses that were the market so I could first hand see the competition and get a feel for the pricing.The house was under contract within a week and closed within 5 weeks!
