A bit about Jen:
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech and Hearing. I also have a Master’s in Education. I was a Speech Therapist for 5 years and a Special Education teacher for another 5 years. Once I started in the Real Estate Business, I knew I had found my dream job.
I have 19 years of experience in the Real Estate Business. I am currently the Transaction Coordinator for the Mountain Star Team of Re/Max Executive for the past two years. I help the team (both listing side and buyers side) with preparing their paperwork, doing research prelisting, help with listing and coordinating contracts to close for under contract properties.
I have worked with buyers and sellers in traditional sales and bank owned REO sales. I have a proven marketing plan, track record of success, and a dedication to get the job done!
My “niche” had been working with bank owned foreclosures. I had worked directly with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for 17 years. I also represented buyers and investors in the purchase of “Bank Owned Properties”. I covered Buncombe, Haywood, Transylvania and Madison Counties.
